Operation Instructions for New Island Freezer

1.   Put the island freezer on flat surface, away from the wall at least 20cm, no sundries around, clean the chilling or freezing room with soft duster.

2.   As refrigerant is shaky during transportation or delivery, if it’s powered on immediately, the compressor will be easily damaged. So the island freezer need stand for over 4 hours before powering on. If the island freezer is turned off, it can be restarted after 2-5 minutes instead of right away to avoid damage to the system.

3.   The new island freezers should be operated for around 2 hours in empty. When the inside temperature is stablized, food can be stored. The inside stored food should not be too crowded (not exceeding the second red line), enough air circulation space should be left to keep the temperature uniformity.

4.  Hot food should be put in the freezer after cooling down, or it will affect the flavor of other food, and increase power consumption. If the freezer is set as freezing temperature, beer, juice, water…liquid beverage cannot be stored, or frozen burst may happen.
