Island Freezer AEHS Setup and Debugging

1. The island freezer should be horizontally positioned in well-ventilated square. No big heat radiation source is allowed on its vicinity. Positioning in downstream of air outlet is prohibited and intense sunlight or projector lamp exposure should be averted.

2. For a single freezer, its surrounding should maintain at least 100 intervals from the constrain wall (such as wall).

3. For arrangement and installation of several freezers, horizontal gap between equipment maintains between 0 to 5 mm and paralleling longitudinal gap between equipment maintains between 100 and 150 mm.

4. Only thin film advertisement is allowed for stickup on the box. Pasting of thick advertisement featuring heat reservation function is not allowed on the box. Punching on the box for fastening another device is prohibited.

5. Multipurpose socket to be connected with multiple devices for electrical connection of the equipment should be avoided. 2.5 mm2 charging line should be adopted; three-core independent socket is used for power supply with minimal and maximal power voltage at 198V and 254V respectively; for connection of multiple equipments,7 a rate current at 40A is applied for every two equipment and residual-current circuit breaker with electric leakage at 30mA is connected in the circuit.

6. Debugging: after the island freezer is installed and fastened, the equipment can be electrified after 60 to 90 minutes of still positioning. After the equipment is electrified, the compressor will be launched after 5-minute delay; frozen goods can be stored in the equipment after it is connected to the halting temperature set up on rollout for 100 to 120 minutes. Pipe-up height of cargos should be below the standard line and should not exceed the safely line at the maximum.

7. the footing should be adjusted as level and height difference of four legs should not run beyond 10 mm, or drainage and untidy frost formation inside the box might be caused.

8. No objects are allowed to be positioned on the top air handling panel, or else failure of machine halt might be caused due to improper ventilation.

9. Food box of product configuration cannot be removed, or else refrigeration effects might be affected followed by food damage
