1. Duster cloth can be timely applied to wipe the outer box of the island freezer; pointed object is not allowed for scraping or cracking the flake ice for cleanout inside the box in case damage might be caused on the inner wall.
2. Pointed tools or tools with sharp edges are prohibited for cleaning drainage tray;8 wet-type cleaner or sponge is used to sop up hydrops, trash ice and other silt inside a drainage tray; the same method applies for cleanout of the box base.
3. Special bath of glass is most suitable for cleanout of sliding door glass in the form of spraying before duster cloth or sponge can be used for light scrubbing. Pointed tools are prohibited to scrape the glass surface.
4. Glass in the sliding door of island freezer is made of special glass. Treading, strike by external strike or use of corrosive cleaning agent for washing is prohibited.
5. Manual defrosting once a week is advised. Thorough defrosting and cleanout should be done on the inside of the container particularly on the drainage tray and outlet after food inside the container is removed, power supply is unplugged and ice and frost inside the freezer is fully thawed. Power is plugged in after 100-to-200-minute running when cleanout and drying is done. Food is moved back to the container when temperature inside the container of the controller is displayed at -22℃.
