Island Freezer Features and Improvements Update

Our island freezers applied for supermarket, food market, convenience store have been served customers in many countries. And we always value our customers’ feedback always pursue for improvements. The improvements we made recently:

1.     Aluminum front protector makes the freezer stronger and looks better. (Traditional plastic front is      still available)

   Heating wire in the aluminum structure for anti-condensation.

2.     High quality soft glass strip. Won’t stiff in low temperature. Keep the door smooth.

   Specially designed brush strip. Good sealing and won’t fall off.

3.     Door handle fixed by screw

4.     Special gas and liquid separator keep the ingredient in the cooper tube pure

5.     Evaporating tube is out of the water box. Avoid corrosion.

6.     Service access more convenient

       Upon customer’s suggestion, we are putting sponge under the copper tube below the fun to avoid           the tube rubbing with bottom panel caused by vibration.

       Temperature controller wire is wrapped to avoid rubbing with condenser caused by vibration.

       Longer heating wire and temperature wire are made during production for service convenience.

7.     Temperature controller has 3 sensors. One for condenser alarm. If the temperature is high, freezer

        will have alarm code to remind customer clean the condenser to avoid damage to compressor

        and other parts.

8.     Three types of wheel/feet for customer’s choices

  For three layers’ package for 40HQ loading, we will pack the freezer with lifting belts. Customer can

  easily put on the feet/wheels with forklift lifting up the freezers.

9.     All models have steel tube around to keep freezer from deformation.
